Where do orders come from?
All orders are printed and shipped from France
When will I receive my order?
Order processing: 1 day, delivery takes 3 to 5 days. Orders are shipped with DHL, Colissimo or Colis Privé. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Is delivery to a pickup point possible?
Although the option to select delivery to a pickup point is not specifically offered, the delivery company we use will drop the parcel off at a pickup point if you are not at home.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all popular payment methods, such as PayPal, credit cards, and Apple Pay.
Are frames included with the posters?
Your choice! We offer posters with and without frames.
Is there a risk that my order will arrive damaged?
We take great care to ensure our products are packaged optimally. However, if you do receive a damaged order, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or a refund!
Can I return items if I'm not satisfied?
If you have purchased a personalized product and are not satisfied, returns are not accepted. The reason is that these items were made to your specifications and cannot be resold. However, we invite you to contact us to try to find a solution together!
